Delivery Problems or Damaged Sheets
Marine plywood and sheet materials are heavy items that require careful handling. If your order arrives damaged, or there is a delivery issue, please email us immediately so we can resolve the problem quickly.

- Please email us straight away with clear photos of any damage
- Do not refuse delivery unless the pallet is severely damaged
- We will arrange replacements or a solution promptly
- Some sheets must be returned directly to the manufacturer — contacting us first ensures correct processing
Sheet materials must be stored flat and kept dry. Incorrect storage can cause warping, swelling or delamination, so please inspect your delivery on arrival.
