All orders over £99 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses.
Orders under £99 are charged at £8.99.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur a small surcharge.
We can deliver to your home, workplace, a neighbour or a relative — whichever is most convenient.
Fast Cutting & Dispatch
All orders are cut within 24 hours, and we aim to dispatch immediately on a next‑day delivery service.
Please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout so we can keep you updated. If the driver has difficulty locating your address, they can contact you directly to ensure a smooth first‑time delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our Kent warehouse, you’ll receive an email with full tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery’s progress.

We’ve invested heavily in strong, reliable packaging materials and techniques to ensure your panels arrive in perfect condition, ready for use.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In their original condition and packaging
Returns must be sent using an insured courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit. Once the goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the original delivery cost.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Can I return my order if I no longer need it?
Yes — as long as the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions.
How do I arrange a return?
Simply email or call us with your order number. We’ll confirm the return address and guide you through the process.
Do I need to use a specific courier?
Returns must be sent using an insured courier service. This protects you in the event of damage during transit, as we cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us damaged.
Will I receive a full refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund minus the original delivery cost. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your panels arrive damaged, please notify us within 72 hours.
Send clear photos of:
- The damage
- The packaging
- The courier label
This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return custom‑cut or CNC‑cut items?
Custom‑cut, CNC‑cut or made‑to‑order items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is because they are cut specifically to your requirements.
Can I return items I collected from your warehouse?
Yes — the same conditions apply. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the process.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
